I had a great first time experience at Lens Crafters. To my surprise, they participated with my supplement insurance and I received a discount. Casi Brown, my sales person was very helpful and patient. She explained everything clearly and I bought 2 pair of glasses. It didn't take very long and I left very satisfied with my choices and with the price for both pair. I highly recommend them!

Elizabeth was an absolute delight to work with. I hadn’t purchased glasses in a brick and mortar store in several years and she adeptly assisted me in sorting through a dozen pair of glasses until we found “the one” pair that checked all the boxes. I went into the store to have a lens put back in a broken half wire frame. The optician was kind, professional and exhibited great expertise. I will go back to this location in a heartbeat for any of my future eyeglasses needs.
