I was super impressed by the service I received at my visit today. I received the best customer service that I’ve had in years from an employee by the name of Elyse. Elyse took the time to help me get the best deal with my insurance. She was SUPER kind and patient. I am very satisfied.

Elyse is wonderful!! I initially had entered this Lenscrafters to browse but potentially get some frames and she was the only associate to notice me and ask if I needed help even when the other associates weren’t busy. She was very patient and kind and helped me find the perfect pair for me. I made sure to come back and be only serviced by her! Ask for Elyse her professionalism and kindness is the best ☺️

Elyse was wonderful. I was on vacation and my glasses lenses got damaged. I was able to get a replacement lens in less than 30 minutes…. So I bought a new pair to be mailed home. A fantastic experience…. Thank you all! Thank you Elyse!

Elyse at Lens Crafters in Broward Mall is the best! She is so professional, friendly, kind and understanding. She took the time to not only answer my questions, but also educate me about the frames and lenses, helped me find the right frames and get the best price. I've bought several pairs of glasses from LensCrafter and have bought them at different locations. The staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. And this time Mr. Terrence did an awesome job making sure I understood the new features offered this year in comparison to what I got previously. He also made sure I understood the warranty offered. I am very pleased with the level of care I received. I feel they appreciate my business.
