I walked in after realizing there was a missing screw in my sunglasses. Sharad and Cam were so sweet and fixed them for me in under 5 minutes as a gift. Will definitely come back here if I need any frames in the future!

Chris and the team were very helpful. Chris assisted me getting my new pair of prescription glasses . Although I wasn’t able to get my new glasses polished the way I wanted (I was hoping for crystal-clear edges), it’s okay — another LensCrafters location was able to take care of it. Just a heads-up: I’ve attached photos of what a properly polished lens should look like, as a reference in case it helps for future customers.

This is in regards to the frame and customer service dept at this lens crafters - absolute worst customer service of any in area. I’ve been there a couple times and they selectively help people. The last time my wife and I went there the two reps there didn’t even greet us and then another family game in and they helped them immediately. Total disregard to us already being there and waiting. Much better customer service at Avalon and mall of Georgia locations - don’t waste your time at Peachtree corners location.
