The care, service and professionalism is excellent. I walked in to request a copy of my last prescription and left with a pair of sunglasses I had been searching for weeks. The staff is great, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable, and the optometrist is exceptional and highly professional. It is a pleasure to visit and never a log wait to be be seen. I had the best experience today with Adriana. She said I took her time to show me different glasses frames and review my prescription. She was very patient kind and understanding I’ve been coming here for multiple years and I highly recommend. Optometrist was good!! very professional quick was able to see me in the short notice. where they went wrong was the sales staff very unprofessional very uninformed of there own polices and procedures. I was left feeling confused and disoriented. Save your time. Get your eye check! and go somewhere else for your glasses

I needed a new pair of prescription glasses to replace an older pair. The manager, Dan Nicholls assisted me in finding new frames that I liked. Everything was professionally handled and my glasses have been ordered. I was very pleased with the results.

So I went in today set an appointment for a new eye exam and the gentleman i worked with was awesome. Hands down could not have been better! This is my 2nd visit here and worth every minute, OUTSTANDING!
