Read the reviews people, I made the mistake of not reading them until after my horrible experience in this place. Even after confirming they offer same day glasses which I need cause I’m leaving town. Only to get here and be told oh no not today sorry. Since that’s the case all my business will be going to americas best. I should probably thank the staff for saving me a couple hundred cash

Take the low star reviews with a grain of salt! Destini helped me get a pair of same-day glasses, I was worried because I was leaving town for the week and I hate wearing contacts. She was able to find me the perfect pair, explained different lenses qualities, and provided me with a price breakdown! The entire staff was wonderful and very engaging. 10/10 experience. I’m so excited for my future eye exams with this Lens Crafters!

Zero Engagement = Zero Sales - The Art of Losing a Customer- I came to LensCrafters with my prescription in hand, ready to buy two pairs of glasses. I left with nothing. Two employees stood at the register discussing their Uber plans and whether one of them seemed "high maintenance." I had to interrupt them to say I wanted to buy glasses. Barely acknowledged. I had a scheduled eye appointment on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 9:20 AM. I arrived promptly, expecting professional and courteous customer service. Upon entering the store, I immediately sensed an unwelcoming disposition from the front desk staff. The greeting was minimally inviting. After checking in, I was told to have a seat and that someone would assist me shortly. I was the first and only patient in the store at the time. Amazing experience! The Doctor Catherine Liu visited me, she answered all my question and gave me advice about my eye's health. Jeana, wa super friendly and very professional, she helped me with choosing the best frame fittinfg my face and my colors. The whole experience was excellent. I highly recommend to book an appointment at this location.
