LensCrafters has always been the gold standard. From the retail side to the optometrist office, I have never had any complaints whatsoever. The staff on both fronts is very welcoming and open to questions and concerns as well as suggestions. Store representative Janet Escalona was a great help and asset to the team. Her openness to questions and insight on all my questions helped ensure that I left happy and confident in my choice of LensCrafters.

Sandra is truly outstanding — she is always available to help, incredibly knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond every single time I need assistance with my glasses. Her customer service is exceptional, and she makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Wonderful experience at this Lens Crafters! Dr. Choi was incredible!! Very sweet and pleasant. My sales associate Maria was the best and made the process so easy for me. Would definitely recommend this location.

Ask for Janet E. if she is available. Very personable, patient and helpful. She worked on getting me the lowest cost with my insurance and boy did it payoff. Saved $584.00. Can’t wait to go pick them up in a few days !

Service is slow. Store is busy so there should be more associates to help during busy hours. Glasses are first pair I will not need to have adjusted but they were very expensive! They did not even provide a cleaning cloth, for 2k there should have been at least one. Although glasses are nice I’ll be moving family to another location.
