So, I always had a prejudice against glasses places from the mall. No idea why or where it came from but it was a real thing. I can say that LensCrafters in the mall has been an awesome experience. Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful. I have a very high astigmatism and they worked so hard to make sure I got what I needed and that everything was perfect. 10/10. Very highly recommended.

MJ was helpful from the very start, from setting up my appointment to helping me pick out my frames and explaining about the lenses. The Dr. was very thorough and informative as well. I would definitely recommend this location in the Smithhaven Mall. Thank you!!!

George kindly had fixed my glasses screw that fell out. I really am appreciative of them for helping us without any issues. On top of that they had done it out of their own hearts. The least I could do is thank them through this review :)

Had a great experience here!! Staff is phenomenal and George the optician was able to fix my glasses. I went to other stores where they couldn’t fix my glasses and George did it so quickly without breaking them. I Lcan’t thank him and the staff enough!!

Hello there, I have been a LensCrafters Lake Grove customer for over 10 years. The level of service I receive is always first-class. There are always appointments available, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and personable. The eyeglass customer service team is superior — truly top-notch. MJ has been my personal assistant throughout the years, and she is extremely knowledgeable about fit and what works best for me. When it comes to pricing and saving money, MJ and her team always ensure that I’m utilizing all available insurance benefits as well as all promotions and discounts. I wouldn’t consider buying glasses anywhere else. I am extremely satisfied with the entire team here at Lake Grove.
