The product is perfect. Worth every penny. And the manager at the store I visited is amazing. Everything you'd want in a person and someone in a service environment where something as precious as my sight is dependent. Thank you Lens Crafters! I've also dealt with several other employees there, and to a person, they have all been great. Thank you so much! I love my glasses, and my wife loves both of hers too!

My first time into a Lens Crafters and immediately was met by Eve who was not pushy and was able to ask me about myself as well as my tattoos, she had a few that were from the same shop I had been tattooed at. Eve was able to show me around and then look up any information I asked of her. After forgetting my prescription and having to go home then come back today Eve was able to order the frames I wanted in the size I requested as well as the frames we agreed upon for a great deal. Insurance was not able to cover any however at the price that they gave me with the promos the final price wasn’t bad at all. Im excited to get my new glasses and wear them out. Thank you again Eve and Lens Crafters!

Out of town, came into Lens Crafters in Richmond and Stephanie fixed my son's glasses at no charge on Christmas Eve!! Rockstar amazing service!! Thank you!!

Had such a great experience at this location! I was immediately greeted and assisted! I believe her name was Stephanie, she helped me choose the frames I wanted and thoroughly explained the additional add on features/ accessories for my glasses! She was awesome and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Not happy with Lens crafters Short pump at all! I have been getting glasses from LensCrafters for years but after this encounter I will not be back! They need to realize money is green! It doesn't come in different ethnic groups or color of skin.
