From the time we walked in, Maja greeting us with a warm welcome. She allowed us to browse without pressure and was knowledgeable about the products that would best suit our needs. I have a traumatic brain injury and this was my first experience going into a LensCrafters on my own without my guardian present and I was extremely nervous about making my first eyewear purchasing choices on my own, to say the least. But Luthgarda was my guardian angel that day and took amazing care of me and I appreciated her transparency and advice on both my eyeglass needs and my preferences.She made me feel safe and like i couldn’t make a mistake with her helping to guide my still inexperienced purchasing hand. If I had to give her a score out 10 she would get a 10. She is both kind and professional, which is a rare combination in salespeople these days. Maja is amazing. My mom has really difficult, ever changing eyes, she's losing her sight. She may not know what exactly to ask for but because Maja has been helping us for many years, she knows.
