LensCrafters at Lakeshore Mall has moved! They are now on Limestone Road next to the new Publix. I feel so blessed to have found the new location. I was greeted by Mae and she had her Manager, Mario, help us with a situation that I’ve been dealing with since March of last year. Mario was able to use his knowledge and experience to make proper adjustments to correct the issues I’ve been experiencing with my glasses. Let me tell you, I have been to so many locations and not one person could help me until I walked through these doors today. Thank you lord for these two wonderful individuals who actually cared enough to help me.

Morgan assisted me in the purchase of my new glasses. She showed me several options for lenses based on my specific needs. I had picked out the frames I wanted a year ago and didn’t see them when I first walked in the store. I showed Morgan the pictures I took of them and she went to a drawer and pulled them out. Everything went without a hitch and my glasses came in within a weeks time. I highly recommend LensCrafters for all of your eyeglass needs!

Judith and Jessica were great! I had such a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and professional, and you can tell they really care about what they do. I couldn’t be happier!

Jessica and Morgan were so friendly, helpful and professional. They made it a great experience. Frame selection was extensive and of higher quality than Warby Parker. President’s sale is what brought us the in though!

Stopped by to have my glasses adjusted. The sales rep/optician handled them with care and listened to what I needed adjusted until we got the fit just right. While I got my glasses at the Mall of GA location, the Gainesville location is quite nice, clean, and staff are very friendly!
