Excellent Service. Gia was able to call back professionally and respectfully giving me an exact time for my eye appointment with Dr. Campton. She was also able to help me with recommendations from personal experiences. Having Irena and Marshall help guide me into a new pair of glasses that I should have in weeks. Thankful. Tony got me in the right mood after the new pair was on. Gave me style tips and made me aware of my 30 day warranty if anything is not in order with my new pair from Lens Crafters Frederick.

Had such a positive experience today at Lens crafters ! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Irena , was amazing ,she helped me pick my frames and was so patient and detailed explaining everything and working on my prescription. Highly recommend! I can’t wait to pick my beautiful glasses next week !

Dr. Crampton was so professional and thorough. She explained the results of the testing and made suggestions about how to best manage my vision as I grow older. Marshall and Tony were so friendly, professional and helpful in assisting me with choosing the best frames for my lifestyle and facial structure. I have booked a Demo session online with them at this location, it was strange that they didn't find the demo session in their systems. One of the front desk members asked me to wait and she informed their team member about the Demo session schedule and no one cared or bothered to attend, waited for 25 minutes and no one responded or at least had a courtesy to attend to the customer. Not good staff at all.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters at Westview Promenade, Frederick, MD. Allison was so helpful and patient with me as I was trying to find a frame that would work well for me. She also explained that my insurance plan is really great and that I would be able to opt into higher level lenses and not incur a price increase with my current insurance plan. Thank you, Allison.
