Front desk staff Anna and Alba were both very friendly and helpful, working within my budget. Dr. Bose was also great, quick but thorough exam. And they accept grad student insurance. 5/5 experience and value

The lens popped out from the frame. I walked in and immediately got attention. My glasses have been repaired within a few minutes. Denise was very nice.

It was my first time getting glasses and Denise and the whole crew were so amazing! They didn't rush me and explained everything, every step of the way. Denise was very patient and made sure to answer all of my questions. Prices were great and she made sure to get me the best deal by seeing what my insurance could cover vs. their offer. All in all it was such a lovely experience and I will definitely be recommending LensCrafters at Fair Oaks Mall to everyone I know!

I dont remember the employee's name, I believe it was Kathleen or Kathy (she's an older lady and the nametag listed her as Team Lead). She was AMAZING, very attentive and helpful. Made my shopping experience so smooth and fun. Hope that I can be helped by her again the next time I come back to the store.

Had a great experience working with Jennifer and Cathleen towards purchasing glasses for my son. It took few couple tries and a phone call but they were so patient in hearing our concerns and then in helping us in ordering and purchasing the right glasses. I really recommend the team at the Fair Oaks mall lens crafters. From what I saw while there, the entire team took time and was patient in helping all their customers.
