The staff at this Lenscrafters location is phenomenal. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store. I went in for my annual eye exam. The Optometrist, Dr Mashiana, was very good - exceptionally thorough and efficient. The prescription in my new glasses is perfect. Lorena, the Optician, who helped me with the frame selection and the fitting was very good. She pulled out a few frames and I was able to make a decision quickly based on her suggestions. Overall, I was very happy with the whole process

Jennifer is a joy to work with. She is helpful and courteous, always giving expert advice, explaining how to save money. She packaged my 3 pairs of glasses into an amazing deal, giving me the best lenses and even prescription sunglasses - which have been an awesome benefit for driving. The experience, professional courtesy and money saving advice from all the staff is 100%. I have taken all my family members there and I suggest you visit them for your next pair of glasses and try their prescription sunglasses too! The lenses of my daily wear glasses darken in sunlight automatically! They are transition lenses. Some folk don’t know you can get that feature on regular glasses. Another great feature is that your glasses are created really fast! Some glasses can be done in a day. Finally

I had no wait at all before I was approached for assistance. Jennie assisted me. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. We had challenges with my insurance and she remained pleasant and persistent throughout. She had great knowledge of lenses and frames. I can’t say enough good things about her wonderful customer service.

My cat sat his big butt on my glasses and they became a little mangled. Not wearable anymore. I walked into LensCrafters and immediately was welcomed like I was family. Not only were my glasses repaired in no time at all, my eye exam appointment was completed with precision. Since my vision had changed slightly and I wanted to check retina health, I kept my appointment. I wasn’t just there for glasses, but to make sure my eyes were healthy. The exam went perfectly and my time was well respected. The doctor saved me the trouble of seeing an ophthalmologist by giving me eye drops to check pressure more accurately. As a woman, I’m always embarrassed explaining that I’m very hard on my glasses and I need something durable driving off road race cars and riding dirt bikes in full face helmets. Nicole in Escondido got me right away! She told me she rides bikes too and knew exactly what I needed to be safe in a crash, and look stylish between.
