Allison at LensCrafters was AMAZING! She was professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. She helped us find the perfect styles and even put together great deals! We ended up purchasing four pairs of glasses! She was transparent throughout the entire process and made everything stress-free. We will definitely be back!!

Disappointed with their appointment bookings. I called in for a regular annual eye check up and got a slot for the same evening, which was 3 hours from when I called. Took my daughter for her eye exam just to find that they charge additional $40 (after insurance. before insurance it was something like $175 or so) for some specialized devices they use to do eye checkup. I was not ready for this. I was fine with the regular eye exams which gets covered by my insurance. But, I was not allowed to cancel as their cancellation policy states that I must cancel before 24 hours, or I pay $45. Considering that I booked appointment just a few hours ago, this policy seemed ridiculous. Also, the front desk staff just stuck with the cancellation policy. So, either ways, I was supposed to pay close to $

Nicole at LensCrafters deserves praise for her customer service. She answered all of my questions and made it rather easy to place my lens order. I will be back to do business at the East Hanover location.

LensCrafters always have plenty of frames to choose from. Friendly staffs, especially Allison was very helpful, she helped us to go through various options using our insurance to get us better price. Even applied coupons to get discounts. We got the glasses within a week. Limited parking available.

I had a wonderful experience with Davida at Lens Crafter in East Hanover. WhiIe in the store I had ask her to assist me with picking out the correct frames and ended up having one of the best customer experience I've had in a very long time. Davida was professional, kind and caring during my interaction with her. It was important to her that besides style I had the right frames for my intended use. I didn't feel rushed to make my decision on the contrary I felt like I met an old friend.
