CityMD East Hanover Urgent Care - New Jersey

I’ve gone here a few times over the years and I’ve had mostly good experiences and that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars but I went a few days ago and the Dr I saw was woman with blond hair and I didn’t get her name but she seemed very dismissive and judgement. The nurse literally did more than she did. I was given a Covid / flu test and didn’t even give me the results. Also didn’t tell me if they would email me the results but home test are quick like 15mins so I can’t imagine the results weren’t available during my visit but yeah biggest waste of time & money. I went to one closer to my house and I was given antibiotics and meds because I do have Covid. (lucky me) I don’t think I’ll be returning so patients beware I guess.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Susan Neggia. From the moment I entered my room, she seemed unwilling to assist me, almost as if she didn’t want to engage. Her behavior was very unprofessional she was loud and dismissive when discussing the reason for my visit, and it felt as though she was trying to embarrass me. I was shocked by how her actions seemed to violate HIPAA guidelines. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place, especially if you are of color 🤎Her attitude was unacceptable and unwelcoming however the overall facility it was nice and the front desk lady was such a sweetheart

This place is great!! The front desk staff was beyond helpful, Cory the XRay tech was the best and Dr Lombardi was GREAT! I had such a great visit here. As an NP, I couldn’t be happier with everything that was done and how. Went in for a crush injury to my fingers and was treated promptly, professionally, appropriately and had a great overall experience. I felt like I had known them all for years.

My visit here was quick and easy since I had come from the MP location for an X-ray. Corey was great - mindful of my injury, letting me know how he needed to adjust my ankle in order to get the right image, full of knowledge, answered my questions, friendly, and all-around great. The front desk staff opened the door for me since I was on crutches, which was very helpful, and people were very kind here, in general. They wore smiles and light-heartened, so you can tell they not only enjoy the work that they do, but they enjoy where they work, which is so important. This place appears to have a great organizational culture with some awesome staff members. I appreciate the care that I received here and recommend this location (or MP) to anyone looking for fast, efficient, affordable care right

Always have the nicest people and the staff couldn’t be more knowledgeable. Very organized and clean space. Check-ins are always easy and quick and waits are 10 mins tops.
