I walked in and they helped me right away. The online system was great, the front desk was nice and helpful. The medical staff were very thorough, professional and treated me well. Made sure I understood what was happening. I had complications in the evening. I called them in the morning and the doctor called me back and fixed the situation. I was very thankful and appreciative. Very happy with their service.

Amazing experience. Registration was easy thru the QR code, the wait time was only a few minutes and the facility was immaculate. Both Chris, the PA and Prya the student PA were wonderful. They were professional, kind, welcoming and very thorough. Truly made the experience comfortable.

I’ve been coming to this urgent care for years, and it’s easily the best I’ve ever visited. Dr. Chris and the whole team are outstanding. He genuinely listens and cares, and the staff does too. It’s rare to find healthcare professionals who truly show that level of care, and I’m grateful for all of them. I’ll keep recommending this place to family and friends. I went in for shoulder/back pain. After being seen by someone (Physician's Assistant?) I was allowed to leave without an after action report or being told anything. The pain became worse and I had to go back for another visit were the attending person asked if I had been taking the medications I was prescribed. I told her that I was not told that any medications were prescribed. She prescribed the medications and I left with an after action report. I called the office to complain about being billed for the first appointment and explained that I was not told anything about my visit or that they were prescribing me medications and they said that the visit was handled correctly by them. I was promised that they would email me the after action report and they still have not done so. I wo

I arrived on a Sunday evening an hour before closing. Altho the wait in the room was longer than expected, the services, explanation and interaction was superb. I felt like they listened, understood, didn’t rush and explained everything thoroughly. I was seen by the PA and she was really patient, comforting and reassuring. Thank you for your care!
