Edith(store director)and her team went above and beyond to help make the process smooth and seamless. I received the best price, fit and look that i could ask for . Customer service here is awesome. Layla is very nice and Bob did an amazing and tricky repair on the spot to save a very nice Burberry frame for us. Would highly recommend for repairs, purchases, and appointments.

My wife and I visited the LensCrafters store in the Danbury Mall today. Leila was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help ua select the right frame and lens. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely take her advice again.

I have been dealing with Leila at the Lens Crafters in Danbury for quite some time. Every time I have worked with her has been Impeccable. She is extremely knowledgeable about fashion and how frames fit a persons face. Every time I go in she chooses the perfect frames for me and I will not go to anyone else.
