This was my first time at LensCrafters. Dr. Michelle was very professional, thorough and understanding. They have a very nice selection of frames. The sales representative, Catherine, was very knowledgeable and took her time to run through all my options and cost per insurance. I would highly recommend this store!!

My son and I were visiting on a Saturday afternoon, when he unexpectedly broke the arm off his eyeglasses. We went to LenCrafters at the Camp Hill Mall and Rob greeted us with a big beautiful smile! He proceeded to repair my son's glasses and said no charge. He was our saving grace! Thank you! Rob was very professional and so kind!

Horrible experience. I bought new frames and lenses and had a $50 dollar off coupon. The lady said it would only work if I wanted to upgraded lenses and I could do that if I decided to. I wore the glasses for a day; decided I wanted to upgrade them. I called in like I was told to do. The lady who helped me over the phone set up the sale and said, “The coupon is only good for “premium lenses” not regular anti-reflective upgrade.” I said okay, was ready to do the sale and she said, “we’ll have to pay in person and drop the glasses back off.” So I drove 45 minutes to the store after work. I got to the store and started checking out. She said, “oh it’s already set up, you just have to pay.” She did something in the computer and needed help. She called a gentlemen over who looked at the compute

Kelly was great and she handled my frames in the best possible manner , she is exceptionally well trained and technically very sound to adjust the frames on face . Great reception and customer service , keep it up !!

The eye doctor was great! The woman up front who was supposed to be helping me pick glasses just kept reminding me I didn’t have insurance, told me to pick from the great value section, and when I picked up a more expensive pair of frames, she told me we should get a cost work up on it before I set my heart on it, because I’d surely change my mind and I needed to pick something more fitting. I gave no indication of my financial situation. She did this in front of the whole store. It was horribly embarrassing. This was my first time since elementary school trying to buy glasses in person instead of online with Zenni and I will not try that again. Frugality doesn’t equal being poor for those of you who don’t know. It really was a horrible experience for me just trying to find a pair of glass
