I had an excellent experience at Lens Crafters in Avon today! Dr. Henderson was fantastic and the staff and Eyewear Consultants were super friendly, patient, and helpful. I was able to get an eye exam, select glasses, and complete my eyewear measurements, all in about 90 minutes. Everything was just easy. I'll definitely be back.

My wife and I went to Lens Crafters in Avon CT to get new glasses each. Our customer service person was Rene. She was awesome! She waited on us at the same time and handled it very efficiently and cordially. She was wonderful to work with. We definitely will return and hope to work with Rene again!

Absolutely amazing! Erica fixed my glasses so quickly and was so friendly throughout. The store is spotless and welcoming - definitely a five-star experience!

I will definitely be returning to LensCrafters of Avon. This was such a great experience for me. Dr. Henderson was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and she is great at what she does. The store itself was also a great experience the glasses world is new to me and Renee was so helpful in picking out the right frames for me. She taught me all about the lenses and how to adjust to them. I haven’t picked them up yet but I’m excited to be able to see clearly again soon. The whole staff was amazing. Thank you to all of them!!!!!!

Wonderful experience at LensCrafters. Marissa is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind :) Bought the most beautiful glasses today--gemstone colors on the arms of the glasses and Marissa helped me pick them out. Very happy.
