Body in Motion has been such a game changer for my recovery after my recent surgery. Dr. Nicole is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She takes the time to answer any questions and demonstrate proper form for the exercises. I had some significant muscle tension throughout my neck and arm following surgery, and the progressive hands on techniques used have significantly improved the issue. My treatment plan was individualized, rather than following some arbitrary protocol. Just four weeks out from surgery, and my primary doctor is extremely impressed with the progress I have made. I can’t say enough good things about Body In Motion Physical Therapy. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a business that genuinely cares about its patients: Not just getting them in and out. Not making them feel like they’re paying for nothing. Not WASTING YOUR TIME! But truly helping them heal and feel better long-term. As someone who heavily relies on their work for better quality of life (especially during the winter months) it’s so important to feel like you’re surrounded by people who WANT to see you get better. Such a great physical therapy practice -- very nice and knowledgeable people, and I walked out feeling like my shoulder issue had been well understood with clear next steps for recovery. The best part for me was that Sam spent 30+ minutes diagnosing the problem rather than rushing to judgment.... lots of questions and ranges of motion / exercises to make sure we were pin-pointing the exact issue. Highly recommend!

Both my son and I have been working with Dr Paige and we can’t say enough good things! She is easy to talk to and takes the time to listen to our needs. She is thorough, always following up with an email with any exercises we have gone over. Her positive attitude and smile always make our appointments enjoyable.

The moment I walked in, I felt I got personal service and was greeted with a caring attitude. I had privacy and I received a full hour of personal care versus a lot of tables in one big room & being treated with like one or two other people not getting full attention to my issues. I’m usually not a needy person, but I would expect my our appointment of what I was being charged be more than just a half an hour and dismissed and being interrupted by them, taking care of other patients in between taking care of me, Dr. Paige Brunner and body in motion practice gives you a full in person private session and it’s actually helping instead of just pacifying.
