Avon Family Dentistry

I love Avon Family dentistry! So much that I travel 1,000 miles to get my teeth cleaned and whatever dentistry I need. They are very nice from the moment I walk in. Highly reccomend!

Terrible costumer service experience. One of their employee messed up doing my appointment and instead of the claimed “ manager “ instead of apologizing and making me another appointment she chose to go back and forth with me trying to say I made a mistake and that I never called to make an appointment ( I she the call log date and time that I called ). Horrible costumer service specially coming from a “ manager “. I’m very unsatisfied and upset as I now have to go another week with wisdom teeth excruciating pain. Their actual service is great besides the receptionists and their costumer service .

Been coming to these guys for years. Every Hygienist has been great and gentle. I've seen every Dentist, all have been great. My two favorites are now retired, but I have faith they will be replaced by professionals with the same level of ethics. Insurance recently forced me to go to another practice, which turned out to be a disaster. I returned to Avon Family for a second opinion and after a few regular cleanings things are great again. I gladly pay the out-of-network cost to use a practice I can trust.

I was very worried to take my son near a dentist as he had a bad experience previously. In Avon Family Dentistry it was very pleasant and appointment went very smoothly. Dr Ruiz and Hygienist are really great very friendly. They took time and patience and they know how to deal with special needs I am very happy that I took my son there. 100% recommended they will make you feel very comfortable

100% recommended. Office hours are very convenient and compatible with school and worker parents. All doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had Avon Family Dentistry for 3 years and we will have them forever. Hygienists and front desk staff are very kind and helpful.
