I stopped by the LensCrafters in Athens to have the nose pads replaced on a pair of glasses I purchased from them about two years ago. Kelly assisted me and was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and took care of everything quickly. It’s great to see that LensCrafters still provides excellent service even long after the original purchase. Went by on New Year's day, hoping they were open. Just needed one arm of my glasses straightened and adjusted. Roberta took great care of them. She even listened to any concerns I had about how my glasses were fitting. I'm super appreciative of her friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend this location.

Roberta is incredible. My glasses got bent up really bad and she went above and beyond to get them razor straight. She didn’t even charge me because I was a previous customer! Best glasses shop in town!

The glasses themselves were nice, but the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I received inconsistent information about the delivery and pickup, and the waiting period for the shipment was much longer than I was originally told. I eventually had to go to the store in person, where the customer service was subpar. I waited an additional 20 minutes just to be helped. The first associate told me the glasses had been delivered but not yet processed, which was confusing and unacceptable. At that point, I requested a refund. After waiting another 30 minutes, a different associate assisted me, and the glasses suddenly “appeared.” This was my first experience with LensCrafters, and I have never waited more than a week for glasses elsewhere. Lens Crafters has been around for a while due to its great selection of quality frames. This location has a full service optometrist. You can’t beat the knowledgeable and customer oriented staff. Amber helped make my husbands selection easy and provided good advice on his prescription sunglasses. We left feeling satisfied with the purchase and will be back again. It’s obvious Amber has been doing this for a while. Their sale prices are exceptional. Check out their selection. You’ll be glad you did.
