I absolutely love the staff at this lenscrafters! I have been a regular customer for years and have had exceptional service from Patty, the store manager, Brian, Jason and now Mark. Jason is quick and thorough, clear and concise, Brian’s laugh is contagious and fun and Mark is very patient and makes you feel like you’re a VIP. All of them are great at what they do and have helped me with my vision needs and also helped me with strange requests and situations. Today I am especially grateful to Mark because I came in for an issue with my new glasses 15 minutes before closing (yikes! I hate doing this, but i got off work late so yeah). Mark was gracious and patient and I did not feel like I was being rushed although I also was trying to be courteous of his time, he made sure I left with what

Excellent service. Jason was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time and explained the differences in eyeglass frames and lens options to me clearly. I did not feel rushed or pressured and grateful for outstanding service and highly recommended.

My wife’s glasses had lost a screw so I took the glasses into the Alameda LensCrafters store though we bought the glasses elsewhere. Jessica greeted me and she was very friendly and helpful. If all we needed was a new screw they could help. Even though the repair required more than a screw, Marc was able to fix a clasp and replace screw. Glasses were good as new and they wouldn’t take any payment. Great service and free. Very rare these days. So thankful to Marc, Jessica and LensCrafters.

Yesterday evening I was at South Shore Center and stopped by LensCrafters to see if someone could adjust some inexpensive frames purchased elsewhere. Patty helped me out and told me there was no charge. She also gave me a set of silicone pads to help make the frames more comfortable, no charge for those either. The experience couldn't have been more pleasant.

Five-star service, excellent attitude. They resolved my smart glasses warranty replacement issue in a short time.
