This is the quintessential old-school, local pharmacy that knows their locals by name. I have experienced, and witnessed, the spectacular team of Karen and Jeff (and team) surpass expectations, going above and beyond. I checked out some of the reviews below, which is what prompted me to leave one——being upset because they don’t do ApplePay or otherwise seems unfair. Welcome to the quiet towns of the Berkshires, where not every mom and pop shop runs as if in a major city or as a major big box store.

Tried to get my son's heart medication prescription refilled. This pharmacy has been refilling this prescription for one year and decided to let my son's doctor know that they are closing that department and he can't get his medicine. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know or tell me ahead of time so I could have gotten a prescription refilled early. I will never get another prescription refilled there again. Completely heartless people.

This is the only business I have been to in the last 2 years that fails to accept applepay. They lost a $100 sale as a result. Not smart.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Several items were not in stock and when I asked about this, the response was indifference. When I asked about the uses of a product they did have, the response was “read the instructions”. Avoid this place - they clearly don’t need or want your business.
