Kimball Farms Nursing Care Center

All I can say is that I have never found a more capable and caring staff than at Kimball Farms rehab center. My husband has been there about 3 1/2 weeks ....incredible staff that go the extra mile. He was a patient there about 15 years ago for 8 weeks and I can honestly say, nothing has changed ... the staff of nurses and aids are incredible. I always leave at night knowing he is in absolute capable hands. Thank you Kimball staff for caring! Your love for what you do certainly shows with the level of care you give to each patient. And he certainly loves the fact that everyone is always smiling .... means a lot. Molto Gracia! Sheila Lussier

All of the nurses and staff are so helpful and show Intrest in all.

An outstanding facility which feels like a nice hotel,, great staff, very good food, excellent PT and OT staff. Rooms kept very clean. Activities for guests. LCD TVs at every bed, private bathrooms in each room. You can eat in your room with food delivered to you or in one of two dining rooms (set up very nicely). The guest can even go outside for some fresh air when accupaned. there is also very good guest security. Nice grounds situated in a quiet part of Lenox.

I don't think you would have to worry about abuse here but they have minimum staffing and residents are often kept waiting to use the bathroom. Also, staff make most residents use just one communal toilet (sanitary?) A small facility and not much room for residents to move about. Physical therapy was difficult to work with. Usually activities every day +++
