I came in for an x-ray as a first-time patient, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the receptionist (her name starts with an “S”) was on her lunch break. There was a sign indicating to sign in and that they will be back shortly. I checked in and sat down respectfully. About 20 minutes later, she called me without any greeting, acknowledgment, or basic courtesy. Her tone was abrupt and dismissive from the start. She was very direct and could’ve handle the conversation with a more respectful tone. What was upsetting is that she asked “How much do you weight?” out loud in front of others, which was already on the papers she requested for me to fill out. This was unprofessional and uncomfortable because her tone was so rude when she asked that. The x-ray tech
