Lenox Hill ER Entrance

Just came back from this Hospital and they took such a good care of my sister . They quickly admitted her and and all of her concerns were well addressed and they helped her to relive the pain and discharged as soon as they ran every test she needed and confirmed that there is nothing to worry about . I’m grateful for admission , security and doctors at this Hospital . Would like to say Thank you for taking such a good care of her . ( this review based on our prior experience as well , I’ve been at this hospital throughout my pregnancies and previously when my sister broke her shoulder , I just never got to write a review )

Bernie and Rocky in reception were great. Dr Klepfish Dr Klouboth and RN David N were also very helpful with a family member.

Lenox Hill has a reputation allegedly touting superb clinical care. The ER on E77?St in Manhattan is a disaster beyond belief. Disorganized, chaotic, disrespectful, unprofessional are mild terms to describe it. It should be shut down. Staff collectively should be fired. Should not be allowed to practice medicine nor touch a human being. Physicians would not explain test results with patient or family members. Not one consultation in 7 hours during a recent visit. This facility would be better shuttered. Follow up communications with Medical Director of Lenox Hill were fruitless. Attitude projected was patronizing, aloof and dismissive. Complete lack of professionalism and ethics. Multiple patient and care giver rights violations. Complete investigation is warranted.

Arrived for a presumed appendectomy. Was received and processed efficiently and professionally. Every person I interacted with was pleasant and professional. They made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Once I made it to the operating room the head surgeon and anesthesiologist had very good bedside manner and were proper pros. Dr. Han (hope is spelled that right) and Dr. anesthesiologist (sorry forgot name. Brain was not working at its best) thank you! 10/10

Beautiful experience in this hospital🥰 Doctors are great! Staff is sooo pleasant ☺️
