Ms. Coranda and Ms. Gingrich at Duke Children’s Orthopedics at Lenox Baker Children’s Hospital were both incredibly sweet, caring, and knowledgeable while treating our child’s foot injury. Highly recommend!

I’m so upset! I just had to cancel an appointment that I’ve had scheduled for quite some time because I’ve been unable to obtain an estimate for out-of-pocket expenses.After a previous surprise bill from a visit with Duke, that was extremely expensive, I thought I’d be proactive this time; however, I've spent TWO weeks being transferred multiple times and calling numerous numbers. I literally have a spreadsheet of all the departments that I’ve been given numbers to! Even after FINALLY speaking with the Fiancial Care Counselor for the Genetics department at Lenox Baker, I was told that she would need my insurance information, which is in the system already btw! It’s really crazy to me because I’m familiar with their EMR and I know that all you need is the diagnosis, the patient's insuranc

We’ve had wonderful experiences at all Duke facilities and especially enjoy this hospital. We’ve seen neurology, orthopedics, and genetics here. Parking is easy and the staff and doctors are wonderful. Wait time was minimal.

Love them they the best been with them since my son was born and he’s 6 now the best out of Durham area I promise .

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! This place has been exceptional ever since we first started coming a few years ago. We always receive the most compassionate care.
