Lenawee Medical Care Facility

The administration needs better communication skills. I was asked how much longer do I want my mother to see her doctors, that they were just dragging out the inevitable. I do believe we all will meet with the inevitable sir. Staff changed to much. Mom had a stroke and no one noticed. Mom and I had a discussion about going to lunch. The next morning I called to tell her I would be there in about twenty minutes, and I could not understand what Mom was saying. They didn't notice a thing. Hope I won't ever have to go back there again.

The staff are very attentive to my dad. I don't have to worry about him being taken care of. Any medical issues are taken care of immediately and a call is made to me with updates. If he is having a rough day, they call and have him talk to me on the phone which normally calms him down. As stated earlier, the are very attentive and are watching over him all the time. I can't imagine having my dad anywhere else. I know he would love to be home, but since this is not possible, I would say this is the next best thing for him.

Tonight was trunk and treat. My Mom had a wonderful time passing out goodies to the kids. It was so much fun and well organized. Thank you for all the special things you do for the residents. LMCF is truly a wonderful place. Keep up the good work and thank you!

Moved.my family member in on Monday. She has been treated great! The staff there could not be better! Place is spotless. I want to thank all that have helped me with this stressful situation. Reggie you are the best! Thank you for all you do. Nursing staff and aids have been fabulous. Meals seem to be very good . I haven't heard one complaint. This staff definitely needs to be paid well for the work they do. Thank you all for your help.

My mom was transferred to Lenawee Medical today. The staff was so helpful, encouraging and supportive during the transition and admitting process. The nurses and aides were amazing with my mom. She is definitely in the right place to help her healing take place!
