We love Dr Allen. He is so attentive, professional, and does a GREAT job at fixing us up. All visits are in a walk-in basis with a flat fee which is great for a busy schedule.

It's nice that they take walk ins, but that's about it. The vibe in here is really bad. Both the receptionist and the Dr just seemed like they really don't care and don't want to have anything to do with you. He spent 5 minutes on me AT MOST, probably more like 2-3 minutes.

I went in to get my neck adjusted on January 10th in the late afternoon. Dr Allen adjusted my neck, then proceeded to adjust my left hip and my right hip. As he was adjusting my right hip, a man who had just come in before me came back looking for his keys. Dr. Allen was distracted and talking to him while he adjusted my right hip. The next morning when I woke up, I felt excruciating pain in my lower back. It’s so bad that I can barely sit or bend over to take care of my kids. I went to see a completely different chiropractor, who told me that my right hip was rolled back. I have never experienced lower back pain until now, because of this adjustment. BE WARNED! My experience was so bad I must let people know. I don't like being confrontational but this literally caused me more physical pain than before I showed up. People must know what a poor business this is. I only wish I had read the 1 and 2 star reviews before going as I wouldn't have experienced the same thing others warned about. Maybe I can help the next person from making the same mistake I did, which is going in the first place. Pros to Lehi Chiropractic: - easy to get in on short notice. I love that I can pop on when I get a chance to go. Dr. Allen does a great job fixing my neck, back and hips. I always feel SO MUCH BETTER WHEN I'M DONE! THANK YOU!!!
