Patricia is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She doesn’t care to listen to her customers. Just look at her own email — she even wrote in bold and underlined: “Please fill out the attached forms. IF YOU ARRIVE WITHOUT YOUR COMPLETED PAPERWORK, YOU MAY NOT BE SEEN.” When I read that, I assumed that’s exactly how they treat people — and I was right. Don’t go there.
