This place always gets me in very quickly and are very empathetic and understanding. I had an issue with refilling my meds and Dr. Jordan Ehrlich was understanding and gave me a 3 month supply of them so that I didn’t have to go through withdrawals while trying to find a primary care doctor. Chris was also very helpful in this process!

It was so easy to secure a spot in line/appointment. I appreciate the ability to do so online. The clinic is very conveniently located close to home. Parking was easy, as well as checking in. There wasn't anyone else waiting in the waiting room. The exam room had nice natural lighting and was very spacious. We received great care from the staff and they listened to our concerns.

I would not go back to this urgent care. I showed up as a walk in and the lobby was empty. I was told I was to be seen in 15 minutes and then after nearly an hour of waiting was asked to come back 2 hours later. I did come back to see Alex. He was nice, my daughter needed an xray and their machine was down. He referred me to go to the hospital. My concern was the cost of going to the hospital vs the urgent care. Alex clearly expressed to me that my appointments would be wrapped up into one visit and one billing invoice under the urgent care. Few weeks later, I get a bill from the hospital separate. I would not return due to the fact that I clearly expressed my concerns about billing and was reassured it would be fine. Now I will be filing a no surprise complaint. Just be honest and upfront

and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady who was very thorough. I was seen in a short period of time by the nurse, and doctor. They were both very attentive and professional. I am very happy that there is a new Urgent Care facility near my home.

My wife and myself ended up at the Urgent Care after testing positive for Covid. I was reluctant but ended up pleasantly surprised by the care we received that first visit. The clinic was spotless, staff was friendly and efficient, the PA made us feel more at ease and never made us feel like we were being rushed through. All of this was done without an appointment. She prescribed Paxlovid and we left. When the meds had run the course we tested negative and thought we were home free. Less than a week later we tested positive and back we went to the clinic after this time making an on line appointment. We were given the same excellent treatment as the first visit. We will retest today and are praying for a negative result. The point of all this is that we had no place to go. We were taken i
