My therapist is very compassionate . She listens and she does not judge. She offers solutions. She waits for me to come to a realization she doesn't tell me what to think or feel. She is very helpful empathetic. I know there are many negative reviews but from my personal experience seeing my therapist since October of last year has been a positive one.

WORST THERAPY OFFICE! They charge you with no notice at any given time and no one ever answers the phone. Terrible customer service, terrible therapist. I would never recommend this place ever to anyone

OMG! I was referred to this provider from a close friend, and they happened to take my insurance…. So, I made an appointment! I was very skeptical at first with all the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! It’s a beautiful facility! The atmosphere is very relaxing & clean. The therapist I met with was very warm & welcoming. She also made me feel very comfortable/ safe to open up with… this is a must with therapy. The other thing you have to remember with therapy is you don’t always click with your 1st therapist… you gotta keep trying til you find one that works best with you! So just try it out… the worst that can happen is you don’t like it and you don’t go back!

My therapist is outstanding. Their billing practices could use some help - I will not give them my credit card, and I have to call them every time to pay. 1999 is calling, they want their billing system back.

My therapist is incredibly kind and I get wonderful treatment from her. however I've come into financial trouble recently which was greatly impacting my mental health but also caused me to have to stop therapy treatment. the office called me for payment and i expressed my mental health has been bad but I can't afford it to which i got the response "okay! I'll call some other time then." like the receptionists must have absolutely no care for peoples mental health.
