I went here for years. Both of the younger dentists have messed up my teeth on separate occasions. The most recent, I needed a filling. The filling was not done properly. I went back seven times and each time was told I was overreacting and nothing was wrong. I got two other opinions and was told the filling was done incorrectly. I went back to get the filling replaced and was told "I am not even thinking root canal for that tooth"! Well it needed a root canal and now I owe thousands of dollars to another dentist to clean up the mistakes of those at Lee Dental Associates.

They don't send reminders or call patients before the appointments. They expect patients to wait over 1 year for a cleaning. The staff blamed the number of patients and/or the system.

Have been going here every 6 months for years and always pleased with hygienist and dentist. However, when I went this week and went to schedule my next appointment I was informed that I couldn't be seen again for 9 months due to staff shortages. Not happy and may need to find another practice that can adhere to 6 month check-ups.

During an exam after my cleaning at a different dental office I was told I had irreparable decay under an existing crown. The dentist there told me I had to have the tooth removed, bone grafting and an implant. I had a feeling in my gut that made me want to get a second opinion. My daughter recommended that I see Dr. Verna. I drove the one hour and forty minutes to his office and soooo glad I did. After a thorough exam including X-rays he determined there was no decay and no work needed. I am very grateful there are still professionals that work at the highest standards.
