Lee Cosmetic Dentistry

My family has been going to this office for a few years now and Dr. Lee and the medical staff are so nice caring and pleasant. His front office staff especially his “office manager” Michelle, are nasty, rude, unhelpful, and condescending. They have been this way from day one, but I over looked it because the back staff is so great, and I just try to keep the interaction with the office staff to a bare minimum. But on this day with them calling me the day before my appointment with a scheduling issue that they caused, failing to explain the full situation and beginning the conversation with an apology for the error on their part, and speaking to me in the rude tone and hanging up on me, was my limit. Tremendous staff! Everyone is so kind and skilled. Removes all worry about going to the dentist to have such competent and caring people. Dr Lee and his staff have my highest recommendation.
