Lebanon hospital

It has now been 14 days since I reported a serious case of sexual harassment against my girlfriend while she was undergoing a medical scan at Samaritan Lebanon Hospital. I was told by their Patient Experience department—specifically a coordinator named Tricia—that I’d receive a follow-up call at 4 PM on May 15, 2025. I received a written email confirmation. That call never happened. Since then, I’ve left multiple voicemails, received no follow-up, and have been stuck in a broken loop of non-responses, missed callbacks, and voicemail boxes. Every room in that hospital has a poster about “safety” and “respect.” But it’s all empty PR. When a patient experiences sexual misconduct, there is no clear, accessible reporting path. Went to get labs done and retrieve a “kit” for at-home labs, but the lab was out-of-stock. Several days later, the lab called me to come pick up the kits (restocked!). I got there and waited 40 minutes!!! Didn’t call me back until I was actively leaving. Then told me they saw me waiting the entire time and didn’t acknowledge me? Saw that I was checked in and in their queue but didn’t check on me or the notes. What should have been faster than fast food turned into nearly a full hour of wasted time. Very frustrating!

I was in the ER on Monday June 30, my experience was very good as it has been in past visits, the nurses and doctors are extremely empathetic caring and competent. I am very comforted knowing I have this hospital in my community.
