Willamette Valley CrossFit

I was out of CrossFit for almost 10 years before joining Willamette Valley CrossFit, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to come back. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about helping you grow—not just physically, but in confidence and mindset too. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported by both the coaches and the community. I’ve fallen back in love with fitness and learned so much here that it even inspired me to pursue my CrossFit Level 1 certification. If you’re looking for a gym that challenges you, believes in you, and truly feels like family, Willamette Valley CrossFit is the place. 💪

WVCF is a great family-friendly gym! The coaches are knowledgeable and take the time to work with members on correct form. Every workout is scalable to the skill level of the members. Not only is it a great box, but the community is top tier! There are lots of fun events and ways to be involved in a community setting. 10/10 recommend.

This place has no respect for the community around it, There is no reason someone should be able to hear your music at 5 in the morning. Residential zones are 500 feet away and yes when your business is adjacent with residential zones you still must follow local noise ordinance laws.

My family recently joined Willamette Valley CrossFit and we are having a great experience. My two teens are receiving good instruction and the coaches are very careful about scaling workouts to fit their fitness level and experience. I have actually known Nancy and the crew for about 5 years and I am pleased with their continual improvement and emphasis on education and moving forward. This is a great place to train!

My husband and I joined this gym to work on our strength as we get older. The coaches have done a great job in keeping us focused and encouraged. We are two people who have never worked out in CrossFit. I am really enjoying the classes and hope to continue for years to come.
