Leading Edge Oral Surgery Port Jefferson

I went in today for the follow up procedure of a bone graft to prep for my eventual implant. As always, the front desk staff was professional, friendly, and a joy to interact with. Unfortunately, I forgot my credit card for payment. They were so understanding and accommodating. I was able to go home to retrieve said card. Upon my return, I was taken in for my procedure. The staff assisting Dr. Schwartz explained all the steps involved and answered all my questions. Dr. Schwartz was also extremely informative about all that was taking place, including my post op procedures. His bedside manner is so comforting and I could tell he truly cares about providing a positive experience. The procedure went smoothly and I was relaxed throughout it's entirety. I recently had a tooth removed by Dr. Schwartz and the experience could not have been better. From start, greeted immediately upon entering the office and then taken into the office almost immediately. From start to finish was approx 45 minutes. The staff was beyond friendly and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the procedure as to what they were doing and what to expect and answered all my questions. They also called later in the day to check on me. If you have to use an oral surgeon, they are the ones to use!

I want to thank Dr. Steven Schwartz for excellent service I did not feel pain when he extracted my complicated infected tooth, he guided me through all the steps that he was doing and his assistants were very gentle and helpful. It was very easy to make an appointment and he is in network with Emblem GHI by 1199. I also wanted to mention billing team who is very honest and reasonably priced. They gave me price before hand and explained which portion was not covered. Believe the prices are affordable for bone grafts and implants! I was previously tortured with this tooth for 10 days stayed on antibiotics and was giving false information. So , thank you very much for serving in our community and taking care of health workers!

Personable and professional, courteous, clean, transparent, . My procedure took 30 mins just as Dr Schwartz said it would. No time was wasted. I did not have to wait as they were well prepared. The surgeon's assistant was very knowledgeable and provided me all the insight and information for my surgery and post surgery treatment. She was very helpful and gave detailed information on why I needed a service (i.e. panoramic x-ray) so that I did not feel any wasted costs and recognized the need or benefit. The oral surgeon was also very detailed in his explanation and very efficient when performing my treatment. I would definitely recommend Leading Edge to anyone needing an oral surgeon.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Lynn, and his whole staff! I had my first experience as a new patient with them in their Port Jefferson office this afternoon.
