I was referred to Lauren from a midwife at my OB practice for pelvic floor therapy during my second pregnancy after experiencing POP. She is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable in her field and I immediately felt comfortable in her sessions. I had complications in my pregnancy and was placed on modified bedrest, but Lauren was able to create a safe plan that resulted in significant improvement in my personal strength and everyday comfort. Although some of this work is physically uncomfortable (Lauren would never push me past my limits) by the end of the sessions I always left feeling immensely better.
