Requested my prescription be mailed to a new address without signature required. The prescription was sent to the wrong address and lost. When I called to get a replacement, they still had the old address on file and said they would resend to the correct address. When the prescription did not show up, I called again and was told the prescription was on hold. I explained they had shipped the prescription to the wrong address and was told I would have to pay again for the prescription as I had waived the signature required on the original shipment which they shipped to the wrong address...

The man who has twice answered the phone when I call in to pick up my prescription has a horrible phone presence. He always says “may I put you on hold”, never explaining that it could be up to 5+ minutes and then a pharmacist will come back to take the call, not him; at least this is how it appears to be. People would be a lot less frustrated with your protocol if he mentioned that. And their prices have increased about 30% since the pandemic began. Next time I will try another compounding pharmacy.

We had excellent service from this pharmacy! We want to give a huge thanks and shout out to Ray Hani who went above and beyond to fill my 3month old’s prescription. She has heart condition and needs the medicine to get her safely to surgery. Her cardiologist went through an ordeal trying to find a pharmacy to fill this prescription. Thank you Lauden Pharmacy and a very big thank you to Mr. Ray Hani who filled her prescription and was super helpful and went above and beyond! You have helped my sweet little baby stay healthy with this medicine! God bless and thank you!

Before I go further, I’ll say that the issues and rating are for interpersonal failings and ordering problems, not issues with the final prescription product Their app system doesn’t work, and when I tried to contact them about my unreturned voicemails trying to place a prescription, the owner cursed me out, insisting that they had called me (though the number he gave for my file was not my number, and it had clearly been accidentally changed as I had never had problems getting calls back in the past). I understand times are tense right now, but the owner openly attacked me, insisted I was wrong about my own personal phone number, and then refused to service my prescription after I sent a complaint to the pharmacy email, not realizing the person who had verbally assaulted me was the owner

My partner and I went here to pick up his prescription. My partner provided his last name when prompted and when asked for his first name, also provided that. His name change had just gone through this past week and so the name he provided was his legal name. The woman helping us got his meds and right as we were leaving, used my partner's deadname to thank us. My partner had given his actual current legal name when asked, but the woman behind the counter used his dead name anyways as it was on file previously. Don't use this pharmacy if you're trans or if uour identity is anything besides binary. They are not safe.
