I recently had an amazing experience at the Capitola LensCrafters, thanks to Lindsay! I initially visited the LensCrafters in San Jose, but they wouldn’t allow a return or exchange on my glasses, even after going back and forth. Frustrated, I was ready to buy a new pair elsewhere. I decided to give the Capitola location a try, and I’m so glad I did! Lindsay was incredibly helpful and not only assisted me in picking out a smaller frame but also saved me some money on my new purchase.
