Mira the Rolfer

I’ve been seeing Mira consistently for several months, and she has been incredible. Her Rolfing sessions have helped me rehab old injuries from horseback riding and bring my body into a deep state of alignment and relaxation that I don’t get from anything else. Mira has an intuitive understanding of how the body works and creates such a calm, healing atmosphere. I always leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply restored. Mira is by far the best body worker I have experienced in my 67 years. If you love deep tissue work she is firm but responsive. My wife doesn’t like deep pressure but loves Mira’s ability to adjust to her needs and Mira exceeds our expectations every visit!
