Las Mercedes Medical Centers - Miami 27th

My Mom was tranfer from Pasteur Clinic to Las Mercedes Clinic, we had never experienced any problems until December 30th 2024 trying to receive a medication needed. We spend 2 days talking back and forth with pharmacy and the office. No one gave us a clear or correct answer. We were getting more and more frustrated. The mislead informatin, and the lack of respect to a patient of 84 years between the Pharmacy and the office was unacceptable. Even more frustrated when on December 31st the pharmacy dispense the wrong medicines, those medications were not even requested and my Mom spend another date without taken her medicine. Just until the 3rd day the medication was dispensed. My Mom decided to leave the Clinic. I think I should let peope know so they don't go through the same issues. Thank

This Clinic not only failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a five-star establishment but also handled my complaints with complete disregard and incompetence. Las Mercedes is the best, sometimes the wait is too long, but the personnel and doctors are the nicest people, the place is very clean and good atmosphere.

I’ve had to call several times to get perceptions refilled.
