Las Mercedes Medical Centers - Kendall

The services are amazing! The whole staff is very professional and kind. I want to give a special commendation to Jenny, Dr Ania Mora’s assistant!! She is the best person in Las Mercedes Kendall clinic. Also Dr. Mora is the sweetest and most caring Dr. Another shout out to Denise from the front desk and Milena from the lab.

My mother has been going to Las Mercedes for almost a year now, and she feels very comfortable, very welcome. Everyone is very polite, and has treated her with huge respect. She comments to me that it is a center that’s very organized, which is not always the case with the medical centers and adult daycares. I truly appreciate Las Mercedes entire team for my mother’s great experience. Be well!

Las Mercedes West Kendall provides exceptional service. The staff combines professionalism with a warm and caring attitude, creating an environment where patients feel respected and well cared for.

In the West Kendall clinic everyone from the greeters to the receptionists to the therapists, medical, dental, optometrist staff and the administrator are very attentive to the patient’s needs, very professional and humane. I also had a pleasant experience at the Westchester clinic once or twice that I have been there. My only issue is the AI answering system. If you have an urgent matter or emergency you cannot contact anyone right away. You have to wait for a callback. This is not good for a medical establishment.
