My dad and cousin are members of Las Mercedes and they are very satisfied with the service and assistance provided. Staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean. Excellent customer care team. Parking is a bit of a challenge.

I’m very happy, I feel like I’m visiting my own family. Transportation it’s excellent, professional drivers, Day Care, everyone it’s there to help you, they worry about you and how your health it’s; Doctors excelent, they also check on you and always it’s an option for your problems; everyone it’s professional and make you feels like you are with your family. The food at the day care it’s grease and salty. They really care about you, I won’t change it for any other clinic.

I have been 11years on this place ! I am a proud American citizen, & although the primary language here is Spanish, I enjoy be there with ups and downs, with a lot emotions, They still pretty good • Τhey focus in each one like we are a part of Their Family . Our Manager in Bird Road He is an Amazing Lady. Hard worker keep all the departments in shape, a lot kindness, a lot Medical upgrade. All the departments offer us a unique approach, So making Our Days Better, Smiling, Loving! So, Thank You all of You Guys Keep up the good work, All of You, You are special Caregivers!

My grandmother goes here and she’s very happy with the care. She has a great Doctor, Amarilys, Who is very kind and affectionate besides being most of all efficient, professional and caring. She stays just for her, plus the girls working there are also very kind to her and she highly enjoys socializing with them. I would just like to say that, and maybe it’s a cultural difference but every time anyone of us, my mom, my grandmother, or me receive a call from them they take a while to get to the point and we’re all working at home and have so much to do that we really can’t afford to waste a second wondering and waiting for the person to get to the point.
