The staff at Las Flores gave my mother compassionate and professional care after an unexpected surgery. The physical therapists helped her successfully transition from post-op to recovering at home. We’re grateful for the care my mother received at Las Flores!

This place is terrible Sharon McMillan and The head over nurses (She lies so much about her name I cant even say what it is) Run that place like it's a prison not a nursing facility.. You wait on hold forever to make an appointment then when you make the appointment and show up on that day the staff lies and says your loved one doesn't want a visit because they are too lazy to get them dressed.. Or they do like Sharon McMillan and just lie and say you don't have an appointment. Then when you call and complain the head over nurses laughs and says it was just a little misunderstanding.. Me driving 17 miles there and back to visit my brother wasting gas was so funny to her.. She never does anything about your complaints. You aren't allowed to go inside they bring your loved one outside In th

No one answers the phone and when you do get ahold of somebody they rudely hang up on you. Do not bring your loved ones here. The nurses are rude and mean to patients. They never return any calls and I haven’t talked to my sister in over a week. This place needs to be shut down or needs more regulations. I really wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review but they left me no choice. Change your slogan because you guys are the complete opposite
