Gardena Physical Therapy

My name is Demica Castillo and I gave gardena physical therapy a 5 star when they are more than that. First of all the place is welcoming due to the front desk staff Ana, then management Jamie. They always greet you with a smile and asking you throughout your visit if there is something they can do for you. I've been coming to gardena physical therapy for myself since 2011 and have been treated with one on one good service. You get a workout there. They help you hands on all the time. I had rotator cups surgery on my right shoulder in 2011 and thanks to Chuck and Gerard im at 100% like no surgery has ever happened. In 2018 I had back surgery on L4,L5 with an infusion, plastic disc, bracket and screws. Again thanks to Chuck and Gerard ,I can bend down touch my toes, twist, turn etc with no

This is a wonderful location. They are super nice and helpful. You actually get the help you need. The individual care and attention to help you with physical therapy. You do deal with different people but that’s is why you speak up and ask if you need help. Don’t be afraid to ask for help and to have someone show you how to do things. Love how they operate other physical therapy places should operate this way.

This place is very clean for the most part, you don’t see anyone ever cleaning anything but it’s clean for the most part. What I didn’t like about this place is how many different ppl you’re working with. You have ppl floating with multiple different patients and you don’t get the quality service you need. I barely got help with any of my work outs, they didn’t even do the full work outs, found out six weeks in they forgot my electrical therapy which was the only thing I was looking forward too. They didn’t like that I didn’t act like I’m weak and dying I was pissed off because I have fibromyalgia and working out is extremely painful for me. They wanted to tell me over and over that I was fine with full mobility then I would get a new person telling me I am super limited then I would get a

All therapists here are passionate about their work in healing people. Laura and Ryan are exceptional at their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism. I ruptured my plantar fascia and am on the road to recovery and can only thank the therapists and aids for not only educating me on my foot but also taking care of me!

I am extremely grateful for the quality, attention and service of each and every one of the valuable young people who cared for and took special interest in my recovery.
