West Gardena Post Acute

Small but a great place. The staff is great and very attentive. 24/7 visiting hours makes it easy to see loved ones. Larger places seem to keep patients more medicated. My mom is much more alert here.

My family member was admitted here after being released from the hospital for rehabilitation therapy. The experience in this facility was totally terrible a few days later I received a call from the Post acute in the middle of the night stating that my loved one who was still weak for walking supposedly got off the bed and walk to the restroom and by tearing off the install catheter and had to be readmitted to the hospital these people are very inconsiderate they do not observe the patients there carefully nurses are lazy social worker too rude to talk to.

Most efficient practice I’ve been too the stuff was over all just so nice I sent one of my loves ones here and they said they loved it

the best staff i could have ever expected i have never been some where so efficient and nice . i would recommend this to all my family and every one reading this
