This doctor,is the most kind,well mannered,sweetest I've ever known in my 50 yrs. Happy,sweet doctor. I felt so safe with my eye care.
I was recommended to get progressives - which I did. But unfortunately, can’t see my computer screens without having to lift my chin - can’t sit like that all day for more than 8 hrs. Went back into office and was told to just get readers for when I’m at my desk - which is all day during work week. Called back to speak to manager and discuss options …. After much back and forth was told to just use the readers. Complained that I just spent $400 on glasses I can’t use most of the time. I consulted with another establishment and was told my measurements are probably off and glasses should be redone. Very disappointed with my experience …. But I do like Dr Schele.
Been going here for many years. Moved from Sumter in 2010 and have continued seeing Dr Scheele for our vision needs.
