LARKIN EYE CARE

To be transparent, I was running about 10–15 minutes late to my appointment. I called ahead to inform the office, and I was told I would need to reschedule because the doctor had a 5:00 appointment. However, I was also informed that she was still with her 4:30 patient which means my appointment time was already being pushed back due to the prior visit running over. What doesn’t make sense to me is that if she was already running behind with the 4:30 patient, I likely would have had to wait even if I arrived exactly on time. I had left work early and was delayed due to an accident on the road, yet there was no flexibility or consideration given. It felt inconsistent and unfair that being slightly late resulted in an automatic cancellation, while the office itself was already behind schedu

Dr. Larkin was such a sweetheart with my grandmother, complete professional from start to finish! Her assistant was also very efficient and patient.

Dr Larkin was extremely nice and patient with me. She listens carefully to the details of my experience that I shared and provided great feedback for me to consider.
